一、项目概况：

高纯度多晶硅及太阳能光伏发电项目都是国家鼓励、政府支持发展的项目。目前，高纯度多晶硅主要靠进口解决。太阳能光伏发电不消耗资源，无污染，无需远距离架设输电线路，属投资风险小,投资收益高的新兴行业。

二、建设规模：

多晶硅按年产2000吨计，需总投资12.88亿元人民币。太阳能光伏发电按年产66兆瓦组件测算，需总投资9937.15万美元。目前已有1000吨/年多晶硅的生产能力。

三、财务分析：

多晶硅项目建成后可实现年销售收入8亿元，利润3亿元，投资回收期6.2年（含建设期）。太阳能光伏发电组件生产项目可实现年销售额19800万美元，利润5964.76万美元，投资回收期1.72年。

四、建设条件：

该项目在河南省偃师市境内建设具有独特的依托优势。偃师境内现有年产1000吨多晶硅的中硅高科公司，有国内唯一一家从事多晶硅项目研究和设计的科研单位---中国有色工程设计研究总院和国内硅材料行业重点骨干企业---洛阳单晶硅公司作为技术依托，有装机容量达140万千瓦的电厂四座，有目前亚洲最先进的超薄玻璃生产线。周边县市有年产60万吨电解铝基地两座,可以满足多晶硅及太阳能发电工程所需能源、技术、原料的供应。

Project of High Purity Polycrystalline Silicon Production and Light-Voltage Electricity-Generating Component Production

1.Project summary

High purity polycrystalline silicon and solar energy light-voltage electricity-generating project is a project encouraged by state and supported by government. Now, high purity polycrystalline silicon mainly depends on import solution. Solar energy light-voltage electricity-generating does not consume recourses and bring pollution. It also does not need setting up remote power distribution wires. It belongs to new developed industry with little investment risk and high benefit.

2.Construction scale

Assumed annual 2,000tons polycrystalline silicon, the total investment shall be 1,288,000,000yuan RMB. Planed annual 66MW of solar energy light-voltage electricity-generating, the total investment shall be 99,371,500 U.S. dollars. And we now have an annual production capability of 1,000 tons polycrystalline silicon.

3.Financial analysis

After project completion, it may realize annual sale income of 800,000,000yuan and profit of 300,000,000yuan. The investment return period is 6.2 years (including construction period). The production project of solar energy light-voltage electricity-generating components may realize 198,000,000 U.S. dollars of annual sale value, 59,647,600 U.S. dollars profits. The investment return period is 1.72 years.

4.Construction condition

Constructing this project in Yanshi has special base advantages. In Yanshi territory, there is Zhonggui High-Tech Company with annual 1,000 tons production of polycrystalline silicon, there is the only scientific research unit performing polycrystalline silicon research and design, China Colored Engineering Design General Institute, there is the national backbone corporation of silicon material industries, Luoyang Monocrystalline Silicon Company, there are four power factories with capability of 1,400,000 KW, and there is the most advanced super thin glass production line. There are two electrolytic aluminum bases with annual production of 600,000 tons in peripheral towns. These conditions may satisfy the energy, technology, and raw material supply need of polycrystalline silicon and solar energy electricity-generating project.
