一、项目概况：

首龙铝业有限责任公司是一家生产高精度超薄铝箔产品的股份制高新技术企业。公司位于河南省偃师市首阳山工业区，总投资3亿元人民币，从日本、德国、英国引进具有世界先进水平的铝箔压延和分切设备，生产厚度为0.0055-0.02毫米，宽度为90-1650毫米的双零、单零铝箔，优势产品为0.006-0.007毫米的高精度双零铝箔。目前年产高精度双零铝箔1万吨。产品用途广泛，既可用于香烟、食品、饮料以及医药等包装用箔，也可用于电缆、电容空调等行业作为工业用箔，具有十分广阔的市场前景。

二、项目优势：

本项目于2005年11月份正式投产以来，得到了河南省政府的大力支持，被列为河南省工业结构调整标志性项目，该项目的建设，可以调整我国特别是河南省铝工业的产品结构，拉长产业链条，改变河南省铝加工行业、特别是高精度铝箔加工技术落后的现状，同时也会带动当地和周边地区相关行业的发展。

三、项目规模：

在年产1万吨高精度双零铝箔的基础上扩大到年产10万吨高精度超薄铝箔。 项目总投资78200万元人民币（含外汇1900万美元）。

四、投资预计：

项目扩大再生产后，年可实现销售收入328500万元人民币，年利税总额71680万元，上缴税金35075万元，利润总额36605万元，税后利润24525万元，经济效益和社会效益显著。

Project of 100,000 Tons Per Year High Precision Super Thin Aluminum Foil

1.Project summary

Shoulong Aluminum Company Limited is stock high-tech corporation producing high precision super thin aluminum foil products. It locates Shouyangshan industry region of Yanshi, Henan. The total investment is 300,000,000yuan RMB. The introduced world advance level aluminum foil rolling and cutting equipments from Japan, German, and U.K. may produce 0.0055-0.02 mm depth and 90-1650mm width single-zero and double-zero aluminum foils, the advantaged product is 0.006-0.00mm fine precision double-zero aluminum foils. Now, its annual production of fine precision double-zero aluminum foil is 10,000tons. Products have various use, not only for cigarette, food, beverage, and medicine package, but also for cable, capacitor, and air-conditions. The market prospect is very good.

2.Project advantages

This project has been set up since November, 2005, and gotten the great support of Henan government. Now it has become the symbol project of Henan industry structure adjustment. Its construction may adjust the structure of national aluminum industry, especially Henan, extend the industry chain, and change the lagging situation of Henan aluminum industry processing, in particular fine precision aluminum foil processing. Meanwhile, it may also pull up the development of relative industries peripheral.

3.Project scale

Expand to 100,000 tons/year fine precision super thin aluminum foil production from 10,000tons. Total investment is 782,000,000yuan RMB (including 19,000,000 U.S. dollars)

4.Investment budget

After expansion, it may realize 3,285,000,000 yuan RMB annual sale income, 716,800,000yuan RMB taxes, 366,050,000 yuan RMB profits, and 245,250,000yuan RMB profits after tax. The economic and social benefits are remarkable.
