随着世界经济飞速发展，特别是电子、汽车和化学工业的发展，对工业硅需求量越来越大，工业硅生产面临着很好的发展机遇。利用工业硅制取的硅铝合金，广泛应用于汽车、航空、电气和船舶制造等行业。工业硅在化学工业中，用于生产硅有机化合物、硅橡胶、硅树脂、建筑物防腐剂等。另外，工业硅是生产高纯硅的原料。工业硅生产原料主要是硅石,在偃师地区十分丰富，现已探明硅石储量8000万吨，能满足生产需要；偃师市区电力充足，有装机容量达140万千瓦的电厂四座。并有年产1000吨多晶硅企业，年产2000吨多晶硅项目和150MW太阳能电池组件生产项目正在实施，可实现工业硅产品本地消化。

偃师工业园区是经河南省备案的省级高新区，属于偃师市新区向西发展的核心部分，目前已完成5平方公里的中长期规划，区内已入驻企业10家。园区与310国道、207国道、陇海铁路以及连霍高速相接。与园区配套的道路、水、电、通讯均已解决，园区内已有一批钢价结构厂房，是发展高新技术的理想园地。

五、预计经济效益：

项目达产后，年实现销售收入17000万元，利润2000万元，税金6000万元。

Project of New 20,000Tons Per Year Industrial Silicon Production Line

1.Project summary

With the rapid development of world economy, especially electronic, auto, and chemical industries, the need for industrial silicon is more and more large. Industrial silicon meets a very good development opportunity. Extracted silicon-aluminum alloy from industrial silicon is widely applied to auto, aviation, electrical appliance, and shipping manufacture, etc. In chemical industries, industrial silicon is used to produce silicon organic compound, silicon rubber, silicone, construction antiseptic, etc. Industrial silicon is also the material of producing high purity silicon. The main material of producing industrial silicon is silica, which is very abundant in Yanshi. The detected silica storage reaches 80,000,000 tons, and can satisfy production needs. Yanshi city region also have sufficient electricity power, there are four power plants with capability of 1,400,000KW. Meanwhile, annual 1,000 tons polycrystalline silicon corporation, annual 2,000 tons polycrystalline silicon project, and 150MW solar energy battery component production project is being executed. Industrial silicon may be sold locally.

Yanshi industry garden region is a provincial new developed area registered in Henan province. It belongs to the core part of Yanshi new developed area developing westerly. Now 5 square kilometers medium and long term plan has been completed, and ten corporations have settled. This region connects No.310 and No.207 national highway, Longhai railway, and Lianhuo expressway. Road, water, electricity power, and communication have been completed. And there is a quantity of plants with steel structure. It is the ideal place for developing high-tech.

After project completion, annual sale income may reach 170,000,000 yuan, profits 20,000,000 yuan, and tax 60,000,000yuan.
