年产10万吨有机硅单体及下游产品项目

二、项目背景：

有机硅是一类性能优异的新型合成材料，兼有机材料和无机材料双重特性，被视作合成材料的佼佼者，因此广泛用于电子电器工业、机械工业、建筑、交通运输工业、汽车、航空工业、建材工业、橡胶、塑料、化学工业、食品工业、造纸工业、纤维皮革服装、医药、医疗器械、日用化妆品等行业。世界有机硅工业是从上世纪五十年代发展起来的，经历了半个世纪的发展，产品品种5000余种。从今后的发展趋势看， 有机硅单体特别是甲基氯硅烷单体的生产能力和市场需要将进一步扩大，在提高有机硅产品的各项性能指标的基础上，拓宽应用领域，增加新品种。据权威人士分析，我国有机硅产业正步入高速发展时期，而目前，国内有机硅产品仅500多个品种，聚合物生产及加工能力均不能满足市场发展的需求，尤其是甲基氯硅烷单体生产远不能满足国内市场的需求，已成为制约我国有机硅生产发展的“瓶颈”，建设有机硅单体及下游产品项目具有积极和现实的意义。引进有机硅单体和系列产品技术已成为当务之急。

三、项目建设内容和规模：

拟从国外引进工艺生产技术，关键设备进口，其他设备立足国内配套。项目建成后生产有机硅单体10万吨/年(以甲基氯硅烷计)，生产有机硅产品4．5万吨/年，其中硅油20000吨/年，硅橡胶10000吨/年，硅树脂6000吨/年，硅烷偶联剂6000吨/年，其它3000吨/年。

四、投资估算及效益预测：

本项目总投资16亿元人民币。资金来源利用外资、银行贷款、自筹部分资金等融资渠道解决。经济效益：年销售收入30亿元，利润6.5亿元，投资回收期3年。

五、项目建设条件：

境内有丰富的石英砂资源，洛阳市微苑硅微粉有限公司年产十大系列、近四十个品种的硅微粉3000吨。洛阳单晶硅有限责任公司、洛阳中硅高科技有限公司。年产1035吨多晶硅、34吨直拉单晶硅抛光片、6吨区熔单晶硅磨片。

2.Project background

Organic silicon, a kind of new great compound material with the organic and inorganic material characters and regarded as the best of the compound material area, is widely used in the electron and electricity industry, machinery industry, transportation industry, vehicle and aviation industry, construction material industry, rubber, plastic and chemical industry, food industry, paper-making industry, fibre＆leather clothes, medicine and medical treatment machinery, daily costume areas and so on.. The international organic silicon industry, developed from 50s of the twenty century and experienced half century developing, has over 5,000 kinds. From the next trend of development, productive capacity of organic single silicon, especially the single methyl chloride silicon hydride, will be enlarged; and on the base of increasing the abilities of all kinds, it will be developed new used-area, and added up to new varieties. It is analysed by insiders that our national organic silicon industry is at high speed developing period, and at present, the national organic silicon only has 500 kinds; the compound manufacturing and processing capability do not meet the market demand, especially the methyl chloride silicon hydride making, has become the neck of our national organic silicon, so it have active and real meaning to build this project of organic single silicon and its sub-item products. Then it has become a most important to import the technology of manufacturing it.

3.Project construction content and scale

The productive processing technology and the key equipments will be imported and others equipments will be purchased in China. After the project completion, it has 100,000 tons / year organic single silicon productive capability( accounted by the methyl chloride silicon hydride), 45,000 tons/ year organic silicon including 20,000 tons/year silicon oil, 10,000 tons/ year silicon rubber, 6,000 tons /year silicone,  6,000 tons/year silicon hydride resin acceptor, and 3,000 tons/year others.

4.Investment budget and benefit prediction

The project total investment is 1.6 billion Yuan, which comes from foreign capital, bank loan, part of self-raising. The economic benefit will be 3 billion Yuan sale income, 650 million Yuan benefit, and it will take 3 years to take back the invested capital.

5.Project construction conditions

There are rich resources of quartz sand, 10 series and nearly 40 kinds silicon powder 3,000 tons made by Luoyang Weiyuan Silicon Powder Co., Ltd, and multi-crystal silicon 1,035 tons, straight pulling monocrystal silicon polished plate 34 tons, single liquid silicon polish plate 6 tons yearly made by Luoyang Single Silicon Co., Ltd, Luoyang Sino-silicon High Technology Co.Ltd.
