河南商都集团有限责任公司（原河南省偃师化肥厂）系河南省化肥生产骨干企业。公司现有员工1500人，拥有固定资产2.3亿元，年产尿素13万吨，碳酸氢铵2万吨，塑料编织袋500万条，碳酸丙烯酯2000吨，年工业总产值2亿元，销售收入2.6亿元。公司主导产品“商都”牌碳铵被评为化工部和河南省优质产品，“商都”牌尿素历经上级质检部门检验，达到优质品标准。

二、项目建设条件：

位于中原新城偃师市，西临洛阳，东临郑州，北依陇海铁路和开洛高速公路，南靠310国道，交通便利，地理条件优越。部分原材料自给，公用工程完备，有一批化工方面技术人才确保新产品持续开发能力。

三、项目建设内容及规模：

本项目总投资8288万美元。拟引进国外低压羰基化技术建设一套年产10万吨醋酸生产装置。

四、市场分析及预测：

醋酸是用途极为广泛的有机酸，广泛应用于医药、农药、染料、涂料、合成纤维、塑料和粘合剂等行业。随着我国经济的高速发展，醋酸需求不断增加，资料显示，2006年我国醋酸产品的进口量为50万吨，进口依存度在27.02%。专家预计到2007年中国的醋酸需求量将达到210万吨，2010年将达到250万吨。而2005年，我国的醋酸产量仅为137万吨，存在较大的缺口。预计在今后几年，世界对醋酸的需求量将以年均2.5%-4.0%的速度增长，其中亚洲是需求增长最强劲的地区。尤其是中国，需求量的年均增长率将达到8%-10%。

Project of Annual 100,000 Tons Carbinol Low Pressure Carbonylate Acetic Acid

1.Project summary

Henan Shangdu Group Company Limited (former Henan Yanshi Chemical Fertilizer Factory) is the backbone chemical fertilizer production corporation of Henan province. It has staff of 1500, 230,000,000 yuan of permanent assets, annual urea production of 130,000 tons, plastic woven bags of 5,000,000 pieces. The annual industrial total value is 200,000,000 yuan, and sale income is 260,000,000 yuan. The dominant product, “Shangdu” brand is granted the high quality product by Chemical Industry Ministry and Henan province. “Shangdu” brand urea has passed through inspections of quality inspection departments, reaches the standard of high quality product.

2.Project construction condition

This project locates Yanshi, close Luyang in the west, Zhengzhou in the east, Longhai railway and Kailuo expressway in the north, and No.310 national highway in the south. Transportation is convenient and geographic condition is excellent. Part raw material may be self provided and public engineering is complete. There are also quantities of chemical industry technical persons to ensure the sustainable development capability of new products.

3.Project construction content and scale

Total investment is 82,880,000 U.S. dollars. Plan to introduce overseas low pressure carbonylate technology constructing a set of production assembly with annual acetic acid production of 100,000 tons.

4.Market analysis and prediction

Acetic acid is an organic acid with many purposes, is widely used to medicine, pesticide, coloring matter, paint, synthetical fibre, plastics and bond. With the rapid development of China’s economy, the need of acetic acid is increasing. According to information, the import quantity of acetic acid products in China in 2006 is 500,000 tons, import dependent rate reaches 27.02%. Experts predict that China’s acetic acid need quantity will reach 2,100,000 tons to 2007 and 2,500,000 tons to 2010. But in 2005, China’s acetic acid yield is just 1,370,000 tons, there is a big gap. In the following years, the world’s need of acetic acid will increase in the rate of 2.5%-4.0%. Asia is the most powerful region. In particular China, the increase rate of annual need will be 8%-10%.

5.Economic benefit analysis

Predicted sale income may reach 50,790,000 U.S. dollars, investment profit rate is 17.34%, and the period of taking back investment is 5.77 years.
