一、项目背景和意义：

石英陶瓷是一种新型高纯耐高温石英材料，它具有导热性低、膨胀系数小、耐高温、热稳定性好，以及与其他品种石英玻璃相比成本低等优点。目前已大量地用作连续铸钢中的长型水口及浸入式水口砖，浮法玻璃生产过程中的闸板砖及流槽，器皿玻璃熔窑成型部之料碗、料盆、匀料筒，特种玻璃熔化用的坩埚，玻璃水平钢化炉用石英陶瓷，生产铝中的氧化炉砖等冶金、化工、建材、国防及科研等部门。

河南省偃师市石英砂（硅矿石）储量8000万吨，且纯度较高，目前年开采能力20万吨。该项目的实施将推动偃师硅资源综合利用支柱产业的发展，提升偃师硅资源深加工产业的技术水平和产品的科技含量与附加值。

二、市场分析：

石英陶瓷，六十年代在美国开发成功并批量生产。由于它具有热膨胀系数小、热稳定性好、电绝缘性好、耐化学侵蚀性好以及在1100℃以下、其强度随着温度的升高而增加等优良特性，产品自问世以来，迅速在美国、日本、前苏联、法国等国家的航空航天、电子、冶金、有色金属、玻璃等工业领域得到了应用，市场前景十分广阔。据专家预测，熔融石英在冶金行业年需求量1.2万吨，在玻璃行业年需求量0.5万吨，在陶瓷窑具上年需求量0.7万吨，在建材陶瓷大砖上年需求量0.6万吨，合计年需求量3万吨。

三、建设条件：

耐火材料业和玻璃建材业分别是偃师市的传统优势产业和高科技支柱产业，科研、技术力量雄厚。共有耐火材料企业109家，产品有定型和不定型材料两大类几十个品种，主要产品广泛应用于钢铁、建材、电子、化工等行业。有两条具有自主知识产权的优质浮法玻璃生产线和电子工业用超薄玻璃生产线。

项目地水源丰富，有伊、洛河等过境水源。能源充足，有发电厂四座，火电总装机容量达1400 MW。

四、项目投资估算：

项目估算总投资3000万元，主要用于生产设备、理化测试设备、厂房等。

五、经济效益分析：

预计项目年实现产值25000万元，销售收入25000万元，利税8550万元。

Project of Annual 5,000 Tons High Density Quartz Ceramic Material

1.Project background and meaning

Quartz ceramics is a new type high purity high heat resistant quartz material. It has many advantages such as low heat conduction, little expansion factor, high heat resistant, good heat stability, and low cost comparing with other quartz glass. Now it has been widely used for the bricks of long water gap and immerging water gap of successive cast steel, flashboard brick and launder of floating glass production, feed bowl, feed basin, and mixing can of ware glass kiln shaping part, crucible of special glass melting, quartz ceramics of glass level steel kiln, and calcar bricks of aluminum production, covering chemical, metallurgy, construction material, national defense, and scientific research departments.

Yanshi Henan has 80,000,000 tons of quartz sand (silicon ore) reserves, and their purity is high. Current annual exploration capability is 200,000 tons. The execution of this project will promote the development of silicon resources comprehensive use industries of Yanshi, improve the technical level of silicon resources further processing and the technical content and additional value of products.

2.Market analysis

Quartz ceramics was developed and produced in batch in sixty years. It has the characters of little heat expansion factor, good heat stability, good electricity insulation, good chemical erosion resistant, and intensity increasing with temperature’s rise under 1100℃. It was widely used in aviation, electronics, metallurgy, colored metal, glass industries of U.S., Japan, former Soviet Russian, and France, etc after putting into market. The market perspective is fine. According to expert’s prediction, the annual need of melt quartz in metallurgy industry is 12,000 tons, 5,000 tons in glass industry, 7,000 tons in ceramics ware, and 6,000 tons in construction material ceramics bricks. Total is 30,000tons.

3.Construction condition

Fire-resistant material industry and glass constructional material industry is traditional and high-tech backbone industries of Yanshi. Scientific research and technical force are rich. There are total 109 fire-resistant material corporations. Products include shaped and unshaped classes, several tens of varieties. Main products are widely used in steel, constructional material, and chemical industries. There are two high quality floating glass production lines with independent intellectual property and a super thin glass production line of electronic industry.

There is plenty of water resources, Yi river and Luo river run across this region. Energy is rich, there are four power plants, and the total capability reaches 1,400 MW.

4.Project investment budget

Total investment: 30,000,000yuan RMB, mainly for production equipments, test equipments, and plants, etc.

5.Economic benefit analysis

Annual production value may reach 250,000,000yuan RMB, sale income may reach 250,000,000yuan RMB, and taxes may reach 85,500,000yuan RMB.

6.Cooperation method

Joint-venture, independent capital, cooperation, and technique share may all be considered.
