1.Summary

Yanshi and its peripheral regions are one of the biggest coal bases of central plains. Detected raw coal reserves reach 3,150,000,000 tons. Annual raw coal production is over 10,000,000 tons. The total reserves of Yanshi are 700,000,000tosn around. There are nine coal mines within Yansh territory, annual exploration capability is 3,800,000 tons.

Use gaugue to generate power, use its tailings, coal powder, to produce bricks and cement.

Total investment: 25,000,000 U.S. dollars.

4.Market analysis

To fulfill sustainable development strategy, state has ordered cement corporations below annual 200,000 tons to shut down and change products. So cement market gap occurs. This product is not only used to construction as general cement, but also to compound spraying cement, cable pipe cement, underground engineering cement, and its price is low. Its market competition force is strong.

5.Benefit analysis

After project putting into production, annual production value may reach 180,000,000 yuan RMB, profit may reach 41,000,000yuan RMB, and the period of taking back investment is five years.

6.Cooperation method

Joint-venture and cooperation, the period is twenty years. Chinese party invests 7,000,000 U.S. dollars (in share form of earth and plants), foreign party invests 18,000,000 U.S. dollars in cash.
