二、市场分析：

甲醇、乙烯、丙烯和苯被称为四大基本有机化工原料之一。当前全球能源已面临危机，中国石油及成品油进口已高达30%，达到国际公认的警戒线，能源结构调整已成趋势，也为发展甲醇工业提供了前所未有的发展机遇，为国内甲醇市场提供了良好的环境，尤其在中国加入WTO后，在一定程度上支撑着甲醇市场价格。

三、建设内容：

建设一套年产50万吨甲醇生产装置，设备购置包括汽化炉、变换炉、甲醇合成塔及循环压缩机等。

四、效益分析：  

总投资160000万元人民币。年均销售收入7亿元，利税3.5亿元。投资回收期6年。

Project of Annual 500,000 Tons Carbinol By Coal

1.Summary    

Carbinol is an important basic organic chemical product, is widely used to chemical, medicine, pesticide, fuel, etc, and is the potential fuel. This project will take local abundant coal as material; develop carbinol and fuel through matured low pressure production craft which have characters of high domestic equipments, high technical support, rapid construction rate, etc. It is the guarantee of national energy security, and complies with national industry policies.

2.Market analysis

Carbinol, ethylene, propylene, and benzene are called one of four basic organic chemical raw materials. Energy faces a crisis worldwide. China’s petroleum and finished product oil import rate has reached over 30%, which reaches the alarm limit of international authentication. Energy structure modification will be the trend, and it also provides a unprecedented opportunity for carbinol industry.

3.Construction content

Construct a set of carbinol production facility of annual 500,000 tons production. Purchased equipments include evaporating stove, conversion stove, carbinol combination tower, and recycle compressor, etc.

4.Benefit analysis

Total investment: 1600,000,000yuan RMB, annual sale income may reach 700,000,000yuan RMB, annual profit after taxes is 350,000,000yuan RMB, and the period of taking back investment is six years.
