随着郑洛经济隆起带的快速发展，各行各业急需各类专业技术人才，尤其需要高素质技术产业工人。同时，企业在走向市场化进程中，高层管理人才和工程技术人员严重不足，也影响着今后经济的可持续发展。加快培养职业技术型人才已经成为中原地区加快经济和社会发展的紧迫任务。为此，计划在偃师市区附近，建设占地1000亩，建筑面积23-25万平方米，在校生10000名的职业技术学院一所。

三、项目建设规划及建设内容：

高等职业技术学院计划占地1000亩，拥有教职工1000人，在校生10000人，建筑面积25万平方米。主要建设有教学楼、办公楼、图书楼、实验楼、学术交流中心、培训楼、实训厂房、餐厅、学生公寓、运动场及配套设施。设置有组合机床操作工、加工中心操作工、车工、钳工、焊接、电子、计算机应用、制冷技术、物业管理、烹调、餐旅服务、建筑、锅炉、机电一体化、电子商务、公路工程技术等二十二个专业。

偃师市及洛阳、郑州、焦作等地区工业企业发展迅速，亟需大批文化层次高、综合素质强、具有实用专业技能的优秀人才和技术工人。偃师高等职业技术学院的建设，可以为工商企业培养大批具有专业技能的高素质优秀人才和技术工人，提高企业的管理水平和获利能力，为企业的发展奠定人才基础。

Speeding training vocational technical persons has been the urgent task of rapid economic and social development of central plains. Therefore, plan to construct a vocational technical institute near Yanshi city, with a occupation area of 1,000 Mus and construction area of 23,000-25,000 square meters, 10,000 students.
