一、项目概况：

偃师市肿瘤医院建设是2004年偃师市人民政府正式确立的10项民心工程之一，并由偃师市第四人民医院筹建。以该院的人才、技术、设备、病人群体等资源为基础，在偃师城西新区规划征地150亩，建筑面积30000平方米，业务用房22000平方米，办公辅助用房8000平方米，职工350人，开放病床500张的豫西最大的肿瘤专科医院。

二、投资规模：

该项目总投资8900万元。

三、前景预测：

河南是一个有一亿人口的大省，仅洛阳市就有800万人，人口基数大，规模医院少。而现在全省只有一所肿瘤专科医院，远远不能满足患者需求，2008年该肿瘤医院全部建成后，估计年平均利润700万元。

四、合作方式：

外商以资金入股或认为合适的投资方式进行投资建设和经营管理。

五、进展情况：

该项目的可行性报告已报上级市发改委待批。

Tumor Hospital Construction Project

1. Project Overview

  Yanshi Tumor Hospital construction project was one of the ten projects officially set by the Municipal People’s Government of Yanshi, which conforms to the aspirations of the people and meet their needs. The project is organized and constructed by the Fourth People’s Hospital of Yanshi. Founded on the basis of the hospital’s talents, technology, equi-pment, and patients, the biggest tumor special hospital in west Henan province will be es-tablished in the newly developed area in west Yanshi city. The project is planned to take over 150 mu land. The whole building area is 30,000 square meters, among which 22,000 square meters are used for operation building, and the rest 8,000 square meters are office building and auxiliary building. There will be 350 employees and 500 opening sickbeds.

2.Construction Scale

  The total investment of the project is 89 million RMB.

3.Prospect Prediction

  Henan province is the most populated province in China with more than 100 million p-eople. Just in Luoyang, there are 8 million people. Although population base is so big, there is few large-scale hospital in Henan. At present, there is only one tumor special hospital throughout the province, which is far from meeting the needs of patients. After the completion of this tumor hospital in 2008, the estimated annual average profit will be 7 mil-lion RMB.

4.Cooperative Means

  Foreign merchants can become shareholders with funds or other suitable investmen means to construct and operate the hospital.

5.Project Progress

  The feasibility report of the project has been submitted to the municipal planning commission for approving.
