一、项目概况：

玄奘（600-664年）是我国唐代著名的佛学家、翻译家、哲学家和旅行家，是世界历史文化名人。玄奘故里地处嵩山北麓，近邻九朝古都洛阳，位于历史古镇偃师市缑氏镇陈河村，历史悠久，文物荟萃。近年来，河南省旅游局和偃师市政府共同对玄奘故里进行了部分建设和绿化（一期工程），并对外开放。现已成为洛阳东线旅游的一个重要景点。

二、项目内容：

二期工程开发总投资预算总额为17287万元，其中玄奘故里投资预算1047万元，皇家寺院天成寺投资预算880万元，唐僧寺投资360万元，玄奘大学投资预算15000万元。通过二期工程开发，把玄奘故里旅游区建成集旅游观光、拜佛朝祖、学术研讨、休闲娱乐为一体的旅游圣迹区，使河南三点一线的大旅游整体规划更具魅力。

三、建设条件：

玄奘故里（二期）开发建设项目地处玄奘故里（一期）的周围，紧邻207国道、310国道，偃登路、顾刘路、府李路交叉经过，更处于少林寺、龙门石窟、白马寺的旅游热线上，是洛阳市东线唐文化旅游区的重要景点。名人故地，文物荟萃，交通便利，三大优势为修复和开发玄奘故里旅游区提供了得天独厚的条件。自玄奘故里开放以来已取得了良好的经济和社会效益。

The Second Developing Construction Project of Xuanzhuang Hometown

1.General Situation

  Xuanzhuang (600-664), a famous Buddhist, translator, philosopher and tourist in Tang Dynasty, is a world historical culture celebrity. His hometown, with long history and lots of relics, is located at the northern foot of Songshan Mountain, near the nine ancient capitals Luoyang, in the village of Chenhe, old Historical Gousi Town, Yanshi City. In recent years, parts of his hometown are reconstructed and afforested in the first developing construction co-developed by Henan Tour Department and Yanshi Government and have opened to the outside world. Now it has become an important sight of Luoyang east tour line.

2.Content

The total invest of second level is 172,870,000 Yuan in budget, including 10,470,000 Yuan of Xuanzhuang Hometown, 8,800,000 Yuan of Royal Temple-Tiancheng Temple, 3,600,000 Yuan of Tang Dynasty Monk Temple, and 15,000,000 Yuan of Xuanzhuang University. By this second construction, Xuanzhuang hometown will become a sacred tour area integrated with tour sightseeing, pilgrimage, seminar and entertainment, and make the whole big tour programming <three-point-one-line >of Henan more charming.

3.Construction Condition

The second project of Xuanzhuang Hometown, around the first constructed area and near the 207 national highway, 310 national highway, Yan-Deng road, Gu-Liu road, Fu-Li road, and in the hot tour line of Shaolin Temple, Longmen Grottoes, White Horse Temple, is an important scene spot of Luoyang Tang Dynasty Culture in the east line. The three advantages of celebrity’s hometown, lots of relics, and convenient transportation play a active role in reconstructing and developing his Hometown. After opening to the outside world, it has made a great economic and social benefit.
