1.Construction premise:

Yanshi city is the base city of national commercial food, is rich of corn, agricultural products, and straws. Farmers have the habit of developing various operation and experience of breeding cows. Annual feeding cow quantity reaches 100,000. The rapid development of Luoyang Chundu Group and Luohe Shuanghui Group provides a large market for beef cattle sale. Meanwhile, water and electricity power is sufficient, and infrastructures are complete.

The construction unit of this project is Yanshi Farming & Herd & Livestock Product Center.

3.Project content:

This project will take the form of corporation with farmers; construct an integrity standard feeding system combining breeding, raising, and butchering and processing. Annual high quality beef cattle production quantity may reach 100,000, and can satisfy the needs of domestic and international markets.

Total investment: 35,000,000 U.S. dollars. After project putting into production, annual sale may reach 400,000,000Yuan RMB, annual profit may reach 84,540,000Yuan RMB, and the period of taking back investment is five years.
