The corporation is a joint-venture corporation by Luoyang Pumb Factory and Italy CMB Company. Its registration capital is 6,000,000 U.S. dollars. It belongs to Stock Corporation, and Luoyang Pumb Factory occupies 60% shares. It has an occupation area of 39.5 Mus and construction area of 9,800 square meters.

3.Current condition of project construction

The company has introduced from Italy a wet method synthetical leather production line manufactured by SNC, sand printing, finished product inspection, and DMF recycle system, etc. with a total value of 50,000,000 yuan around. The annual design and production of synthetical leather is 3,600,000meters. It has convenient transportation: LianHuo expressway and 310 national highway just before company, and 207 national highway and LuoHai railway nearby. Labor nearby are sufficient and the price is low. Such infrastructures as water, electricity power, communication, office building, and employee dormitory are complete. It is the ideal place of development and opening corporation.

Yanshi is one of “national four big shoe bases”, and part products may be sold nearby, , realizing little investment and rapid effect.
